Hey guys! I’m Shawna Kiser. I am a homemaker and mom of four.
I grew up in beautiful Colorado where faith was introduced at a young age. There I attended a small Christian school where my faith journey took root. I am the oldest of three and love to have as much as I can in order.
After high school I earned a teaching degree and taught elementary for 5 years. I have worked with children most of my life and they make me smile and laugh all the time!
Now, I currently am a SAHM (stay-at-home-mom) with four children aging from 7 to 12. I love having four children. They are all very different and challenge me daily. Girls are so fun to get dressed, curl hair and dance! But my boy- he is into anything sporty or that has wheels. He loves to cuddle and be fast! Being a mom of four sure keeps me busy.

I am a doer and am always signing up for volunteering, crafting and organizing things! Learning new things excited me.
Over the years, I have learned to love being home. The more I am, the more I want to make it more beautiful and more functional. Cleaning, organizing and managing my home as a homemaker has truly become a joy of mine. I truly love my calling as a homemake and mom of four.
On this blog, I want to share some of my favorite parts and pieces of life! Beautiful parts, fun ideas and well-oiled routines. I will share recipes, printables, crafts and traditions.
“Begin as you mean to go on, and go on as you began, and let the Lord be all in all to you.”
― Charles H. Spurgeon, All of Grace
I once heard a lady share her priorities as a homemaker. (I tweaked her ideas and added my own flare)
- The emotional needs and management of the family
- The nutritional needs of the family
- The dynamics to create a smooth and comfortable home
So good! As I continue to be a homemaker and mom of four, I will strive to create a home life with these in mind.
