I wanted to create a fun, beautiful and practical Christmas Wrapping Station with all of the items I need to wrap gifts this season.

Creating a beautiful space can make an area is so inviting! I decided to set up this area in a corner of my bedroom. This way I can easily close the door while wrapping. It is all set up and organized so any member of my family can head in there and have everything they need to wrap a gift.
Where I started
First, I put up my bedroom tree, moved a few pieces of furniture to flank the tree. I then cleared off the surfaces and began collecting wrapping materials and supplies.
Add the wrapping materials
I chose 3 rolls of wrapping paper (from Hobby Lobby) for this season. I placed the paper cutters on the rolls-ready to use.

Ribbons, I have a lot of ribbons. I grabbed a few baskets -one for loose ribbon and one with spooled ribbons. Since I save as much as I can from each season, so the loose ribbons are from previous years to reuse. I have a Christmas Eve photo that I use for each of my children’s Christmas Eve gifts. At times I roll each ribbon up and baggie by color. These are in a ribbon box that I have out all year for other gifts or other uses. The other basket is full of the spooled ribbons I’ve purchased over the year. Oftentimes on sale or clearance. Placing the ribbons in baskets creates an easy way of choosing which gift to spice up a gift.
My daughter helped me open up the new gift tags; I really enjoy beautiful tags. Throughout the year as I come across clearance, I often gather various materials. She put all of them in a little box. I leave it open for easy access.
Other additions
I used a little jar to hold scissors, pens and markers; even a hole punch.
Then, I moved my office trash can near this area for the season. It’s very nice to just toss trash as soon as I cut it or pull off a tag. That leaves very little cleanup!
Christmas gift bags are all filling the largest bag I have. Easy to file through and choose. I also have an American Eagle tote that looks Christmasy being red and white. I hid some empty boxes to pack gifts in. These are to be used, but I like organizing them in the tote as it is much nicer to look at than a pile of boxes.
A box of cards and a few decorative items are on the tables to enhance the look!

There is one more box, although it isn’t Christmas colored, I like it. It holds the random things. Small boxes, twirly ribbon, little trinkets to add to packaging, etc. Sometimes I want to spice up a gift even more! I’ve been known to put a small gift or candy on the outside.

Here it is. The 2023 wrapping station. I have a feeling this will become a yearly tradition. Let the wrapping begin and continue.
